We work in support of Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and General Main Contractors to prepare project specification manuals for the construction of new buildings and renovation of existing buildings. Contract document development; full project manuals, and individual specification sections for typical architectural sections including: Division 01- General Requirements
Full project manual assembly including all architectural and consulting engineer specifications. Includes owner front end documents, when provided by owner.
System planning and design assistance.
Product and system research.
Contract administration assistance.
Develop a strong Division 07 specification, to help ensure proactively constructed contract documents for exterior envelope systems, against NFPA, ASTM and other applicable international standards and testing requirements.
Design review; plans, and details offered on a limited basis only. – (by agreement only).
Exterior wall, waterproofing, and roof detailing assistance offered on a limited basis only. – (by agreement only).
Exterior building envelope consulting services are only offered on a limited basis for select projects and clients. – (by agreement only).
